We have been a client of Wright Net Designs for the past year. James has been very efficient and dependable. He has installed wireless networking, security protection and anti-virus software for our company, and has set up external remote back-ups. When we encounter problems he is quick to respond by connecting remotely to our computers and promptly has any issues resolved. If he is not able to fix problems remotely he comes to our office. This time saving method allows us to concentrate on our work. We now spend no time out of the office at a computer repair store with long costly wait times for repairs. As a business we find to be very convenient and productive. His on site service time is absolutely tremendous. Any upgrades and purchases to our computer system have been with Wright Net Designs, as we fully trust him to advise us with the best decision for our needs.
